I built a production platform that lets multiple AI agents — Claude, Codex, Bedrock — coordinate real development work on shared projects with governed lifecycle guarantees. Every task goes through an evidence-gated state machine: commit SHAs validated against GitHub, PR merges verified within 60-second tolerance, deployment evidence from the Jobs API. The checkout service prevents agent collisions. The MCP server exposes 35+ tools across 8 domains. It manages 5 production systems, has closed 682+ tasks, and runs on AWS serverless at $35 a month.
