Collaborative Digital Media Pro with 8 years of agency and Digital Marketing experience. Extensive knowledge of Display Media Planning, Measurement & Attribution, and Digital Creative Development. Proven ability to translate business goals into successful consumer-first digital marketing strategies.
I’m currently seeking a full time position in the Seattle area where I can leverage experience in Paid Media (Display, PPC/SEM, Facebook, Twitter, Video), Analytics technologies, Content Marketing/Social Strategy, and a variety of other disciplines. Although I’ve been in the Seattle area for about a year and a half, I currently work remotely with the Creative + Video Production agency Mustache based in NYC as their Director of Media & Strategy. There, I’ve lead media strategy and execution for the Netherlands Board of Tourism and Conventions in partnership with KLM US for over 2 years. The joint campaign, halfway into it’s 3rd year, promotes the “Holland” brand.
I’ve had several consulting roles in the past couple of years where I’ve used Paid Media or Analytics insights to solve marketing problems and drive valuable business results. For XO Group (TheKnot.com) I worked with the eCommerce division to standardize Analytics and Email Marketing reports and automate dashboards using a Tableau solution. I’ve also worked on several different consumer marketing projects for L’Oreal Paris both in-house as a Freelance Marketing Manager for the Advanced Haircare product line launch, and at McCann, managing the launch of the L’Oreal #GetNoticed Contest Facebook App.
I’ve also worked as a Media Planner/Buyer, most recently on the Google account for Essence Digital in NYC, managing day to day planning, buying, trafficking, and reporting for Google Search, Chromebook, and other products. Before that, I worked on the Western Union account at Profero in NYC. I worked there for a year managing the majority of Media Planning/Buying for the client. During my time in Media Planning, I’ve managed ad ops at multiple levels on Doubleclick and the Google Display Network.
My start in the agency world was at Sharpe Partners, which had the Western Union account for 2 years. During the majority of my time there, I worked in a support capacity for the client strategy department helping with trafficking and communicating with publishers as well as any other work that needed to be done. Unfortunately, that agency closed in May ‘10. At that time I was recruited to Profero to help transition the account.
I have always excelled in creating media strategies that emphasize sound and calculated approaches to measurement to ensure I meet ROI goals. In addition, my background in boutique agencies has forced me to develop a wide range of skills and a multidisciplinary approach to addressing marketing goals and business needs.
I am an open networker. Please feel free to share my resume or contact information with anyone who may find it of interest. You can find me on LinkedIn, Tumblr, Twitter, and pretty much every other emerging social network!
